Job Description

A global manufacturer of high-performance motorsport equipment is seeking a Screen Printing Production Engineer to support decal and print production, ensuring screen-printing runs correctly, consistently, and efficiently.
Improve the process. Solve problems. Deliver quality.
You will:
Monitor and control printing processes
Identify and solve printing problems (alignment, adhesion, quality)
Ensure work follows the correct process and standards
Work with Design, Painting, and Assembly teams
Support daily production planning
Guide a team of 8–10 operators
Reduce defects, rework, and waste
Manage stock movements in NetSuite
Follow safety (HSE) rules
Production Environment:
High volume: thousands of decals each week
