**🚧 Scraper Operator – Day Shift - $28-30hr - $830 a week Per Diem**

**This is a traveling role and we are looking for candidates who are willing and able to travel to projects anywhere in the country.**

We are seeking an experienced **Scraper Operator** to join our team on large-scale civil construction projects. This role is responsible for operating heavy scraper equipment to perform **mass grading, cut and fill operations, and terrain preparation** . The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working long hours in outdoor environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Operate heavy scraper equipment including **MTS 3630, MTS 745 (with pan), CAT 627, and CAT 637** for mass grading and earthmoving
+ Perform **cut-to-grade operations** by loading, hauling, and distributing material as directed
+ Manage **cut and fill areas** to support proper site grading and preparation for finish dozer...
