This role requires 5-7 years of Data Science experience, including 1-2 years with chatbots and AI training. You will review and analyze customer interactions, suggest changes, and ensure that the content aligns with technical standards. Collaborate with team members on data-driven insights while keeping documentation thorough and updated.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate chatbot interactions by reviewing conversations
• Implement changes in conversational flows
• Triage issues found during testing phases
• Manage and update content in the CMS
• Analyze and report on chatbot performance metrics
Requirements:
