Currently we are assisting one of our top health plan partners with a need for an experienced RN Care Manager for their Senior Care Options and Agespan plans.




Coverage Territory: North Shore

Beverly, Essex, Gloucester, Hamilton, Ipswich, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Rockport, Topsfield, Wenham

Danvers, Georgetown, Groveland, Marblehead, Merrimack, Newbury, Newburyport, Peabody, Rowley, Salem




Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Home based-schedule field visits

Competitive pay

Ful Benefits package available

6 month contract to start (possible to extend/stay on perm)
