We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented scientist to join our team in the field of flavor and fragrance research. This role involves working on the isolation and concentration of flavor compounds from various food and beverage products. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of fragrance delivery technologies used in everyday consumer goods.
Responsibilities

+ Execute complex technical work under the general direction of technical management, focusing on the isolation and concentration of flavor compounds using techniques such as solvent extractions (e.g., LLE), distillations, and headspace collections (e.g., SPME).

+ Acquire, analyze, and develop skills in interpreting chromatographic data including GC-MS, HPLC, and LCMS.

+ Document and record analytical data from flavor research projects accurately.

+ Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure the lab is in good working order.
