Pay Range: $50.22hr - $55.22hr
Responsibilities:
Recombinant baculovirus generation, WVB. Protein Expression in the baculovirus insect cell system in shake flasks. Cell maintenance, transfection, infection, and harvest of viral stocks from suspension culture. Sampling culture flasks and preparation of samples for analytical testing. Performing standard molecular biology tasks such as DNA purification, PCR, Western blot, FACS, and SDS-PAGE techniques. Perform titer assays. Perform aseptic techniques. Wash glassware and USP process equipment Design, analyze and document experiments, maintain proper records electronically and in lab notebooks.
