Seeking a contractor to join the Pfizer Pharmacokinetics, Dynamics, and Metabolism's Enzymology group in Groton, CT. This laboratory-based role will support the carrying out of in vitro assays to investigate drug metabolism, enzyme kinetics, and drug-drug interactions. Responsibilities: Perform routine duties, which may include but are not limited to: The generation of samples from in vitro studies using biological matrices Analyzing samples by LC-MS/MS Data processing and reporting/presenting data Routine lab activities (e.g., stocking consumables, buffer preparation) Maintain an electronic lab notebook Responsible for general laboratory work involving the study of the metabolism of drugs in vitro Qualifications: BA with a minimum of 3+ years of experience, MA with a minimum of 1+ years of experience PhD candidates accepted Experience with HPLC-MS Pipetting experience required Strong analytical skills needed to interpret data Location/Shift: This is a fully onsite lab based ro...
