Scientist I

Position Summary
The Scientist I is a key member of the Antibody Conjugation team, responsible for manufacturing fluorescently labeled bioconjugates used in cell signaling and research applications. This role involves hands-on laboratory work, strict adherence to production schedules, and maintaining high-quality manufacturing standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

+ Perform antibody conjugation of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies

+ Execute aseptic laboratory techniques in compliance with GLP/GMP standards

+ Conduct chromatography processes, including FPLC (ÄKTA systems)

+ Prepare buffers and reagents accurately

+ Operate general lab equipment (centrifuges, spectrophotometers, pipettes, etc.)

+ Complete and maintain accurate batch records and documentation

+ Initiate and manage deviation reports, problem reports, and CAPAs

+ Open and revise change orders related to documentation
