Scientific Sales and Marketing Trainee

Based in Buckingham, our client is looking for an individual to join their team in an apprenticeship opportunity as a Scientific Sales and Marketing Trainee. The company is offering a 30‑hour working week with 16 hours fully supported study, resulting in a BSc Degree in Life Sciences and Business Management.

Ideally, you will be in the office working 30 hours, which can be flexibly worked to incorporate study. £18,000 per annum is offered.

Duties

• Learn how to make effective sales calls and drive business.
• Deal with incoming queries.
• Assist with maintaining social media and the company website.
• Create marketing campaigns, compile materials and design content.
• Attend exhibitions and conferences, preparing materials and research.
• Develop full product knowledge.
• Identify new suppliers.
• Conduct market research.
• Complete 16 hours of study per week.
