Responsibilities–

·Ensure efficient delivery of
compounds through scientific guidance to team:

oProvide
scientific guidance to team members and troubleshoot for efficient delivery of
projects

oIdentify,
evaluate and design synthetic route and reaction parameters

oGuide the
team on process optimization & development and yield improvement resulting
in cost effective solutions and execution

oMonitor
project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards/ timelines

oGuide
the team on the usage of advanced analytical techniques

oMake
weekly and final project reports

oExamine
and sign lab note books and data cards of the team
