Science Tutor

Axcis Education is supporting an independent SEND provision in Newton Abbot and are looking for a full‑time Science Tutor to deliver bespoke science lessons to a post‑16 student with ASD and complex needs on a 1:1 basis. The working hours are 8:30 to 4:30 and the pay is £130–£145 per day, dependent on prior tutoring experience. This is a temp‑to‑perm position following a successful induction period. The successful candidate will design and deliver personalised lessons that meet the student’s individual learning needs, interests and aspirations, and will be part of a highly supportive team that works collaboratively to help every learner overcome barriers and achieve their potential.
