Location: Chaldon, Surrey (with satellite site in Caterham)

Salary: £34,398 - £48,913 (M1 - UPS1 Fringe)

Bonus: £5,000 Welcome Bonus for Qualified Teachers

Hours: 40 hours per week (4:00 PM finish every Friday )

Opened in September 2025 , our brand-new SEND secondary school is looking for a Science Teacher . This is a rare chance to move away from the high-pressure exam factory model and instead build a laboratory environment where curiosity is the only requirement. You will design a bespoke Science curriculum for students (ages 11-16) with social communication, emotional regulation, and sensory needs.
