About the role
 :Supporting young people with conditions like Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, speech/language needs, or social-emotional difficulties in a community centre environment
Build trust with young people who struggle to attend school
Provide 1:1 support tailored to their needs
Help develop social skills
Emotional regulation
Independence and life skills
Support access to education, training, or activities
Work closely with families, carers, and schools
Manage challenging behaviour using positive strategies
