Make a difference every day supporting students with special needs in a structured, positive classroom environment. As a **Behavior Technician** , you’ll work with teachers and behavioral specialists to help students grow academically, socially, and behaviorally.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Support students in special education classrooms (small groups)
+ Implement behavior plans and provide positive reinforcement
+ Assist with instruction and daily classroom activities
+ Use redirection and de-escalation techniques
+ Collaborate with school staff and BCBAs

**Qualifications**

+ High school diploma (required)
+ 18+ years old
+ 2+ years pediatric/school experience (preferred)
+ CPR & TB screening (as required)
