Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1-on-1 with students to provide critical behavioral and academic support, assisting in the implementation of effective educational programs developed by case managers. This position involves providing direct instruction, reinforcing positive social and behavioral expectations, and meeting the specialized daily needs of students with disabilities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist assigned students in navigating their daily school routines and implementing individualized educational programs. Refocus student attention to classroom tasks and directions, providing repetition and clarification as needed.
