KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide a warm, professional welcome to visitors, parents, and pupils
Manage the reception desk, including sign-in procedures and issuing visitor passes
Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring messages reach the right member of staff
Support with organising appointments and basic diary management
Manage post, deliveries, and general reception administration
