Ithaca City School District is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic School Psychologist Interns to join our team for the academic year. This paid internship offers comprehensive, hands‑on experience in a supportive and diverse public school setting, providing an excellent opportunity to fulfill requirements for professional certification. Interns will work under the direct supervision of a certified and experienced School Psychologist and will be responsible for a range of activities, including:
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, including cognitive, academic, and social‑emotional assessments, as part of initial evaluations and re‑evaluations for students referred to the Committee on Special Education (CSE).
Select, administer, score, and interpret a variety of norm‑referenced and curriculum‑based assessment measures.
