                Services required are set out as follows:   Liaising with Contract Cleaners on school operations 
Liaising with Term contractors and monitoring their work 
Work closely with Operations Manager 
 Inspection & Checks (Conducted Daily & Report incidents immediately).   Mosquito breeding 
Pest control 
Acts of vandalism 
Water blockage & building seepage 
Canteen’s hygiene 
 General Maintenance (Fault – reporting)   Escort and provide supervision to various Term Contractor when they are in school to carry out repair works. eg Tuesday contractor (Building) / Electrical maintenance 
Simple repairs and carpentry work, eg cutting of padlock
