We are recruiting a School Nurse to lead delivery of the Healthy Child Programme within the School Nursing 519 Team. You will assess, plan, deliver, and review public health interventions across your school community. You will supervise and support staff and learners within the School Nurse team to maintain safe and consistent practice. The role also includes working with partner agencies to support effective inter‑agency planning and service delivery.

Main duties of the job

Lead delivery of the Healthy Child Programme in the designated work area, providing evidence‑based, family‑centred public health service, focusing on identifying health needs and vulnerability within the family and community.
