School Facility Supervisor (Okotoks)

We are now accepting applications for School Facility Supervisor for Okotoks and High River area. This is a casual on call basis position.

Key Responsibilities

• Open the facility as scheduled.
• Monitor activities to ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations.
• Report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure all areas accessed by the user group, including entrances, washrooms, and locker rooms, in accordance with the standards set by the Facilities Department/Head Caretaker.
• Secure the facility at the conclusion of the event, ensuring all areas are properly closed and locked.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in facility supervision, maintenance, or a related field (preferred).
• Robust attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning and security protocols.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
