The successful candidate

will provide personal, academic, and career counselling services to students in a supportive, Christ-centred environment, collaborating with staff and parents to promote student well-being and success.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and small-group counselling to support students' mental health, personal development, and well-being.Offer academic advising and assist students with course selection, post-secondary planning, and career exploration.Collaborate with teachers, administration, and parents to support student learning and growth.Provide crisis intervention and referrals to outside agencies when appropriate.Contribute to the development of a positive, caring, and faith-based school climate.Qualifications & RequirementsMaster’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Educational Counselling, or related field.Registration or eligibility for registration with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) or BC School Counsel...
