School Caretaker

Location: North West London

Salary: Up to £18 per hour

Contract: Full-time | Long-term

Start Date: September 2026

We’re working with a school in North West London looking to appoint a School Caretaker. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and secure school environment while supporting the day-to-day running of the site.

Key Responsibilities

Opening and closing the school site
Carrying out basic maintenance and repair
Ensuring the premises are safe and secure
Reporting maintenance issues
Supporting the day-to-day upkeep of the site 
The Ideal Candidate

Previous caretaking or site maintenance experience is desirable
Able to identify and resolve day-to-day maintenance issues
A good understanding of health and safety
