**About the Role:**
The William Penn School District, in partnership with the Devereux Center for Effective Schools, is seeking a dedicated **Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** to support elementary and secondary **Emotional Support (ES)** programs. This 10month position focuses on providing high quality behavioral consultation, assessment, training, and program development grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to improve outcomes for students with emotional and behavioral disorders.
