School Based BCBA - Next School Year

BCBA – School-Based Contract

Amergis Educational Staffing is partnering with a School in Winthrop, MA to identify a skilled and compassionate BCBA to work with students on a contractual basis for Next School Year services.

Position Details

+ Location: Winthrop, MA
+ Start Date: 8/27/2026
+ Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30-2:30
+ Pay Rate: Up to $75.00/hour, based on experience

Position Overview

Will work under the supervision of the Special Education Director. Maintain responsibilities outlined in the BCBA Ethical Code, including but not limited to: Develop behavior support plans for students, requiring informed and signed consent prior to implementation of intervention.

Required Qualifications

+ Masters Degree in ABA or closely related field
+ MA state Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
+ At least 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
