School Aide/Para - Bilingual (Spanish) 26-27 SY

The Bilingual School Aide will assist a certificated teacher in reinforcing instruction to individual or small groups of students in a classroom or other learning environment in English and a designated second language; serve as an interpreter for a variety of meetings, workshops, conferences and special events for personnel, parents and students; tutor individual or small groups of students; assist in the preparation of instructional materials and implementation of lesson plans; proctor and administer various tests and assessments; provide a variety of routine clerical support.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Spanish and English fluency and ability to read, write, and speak in both languages
+ High School diploma or equivalent required
+ Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
