**School Aide Role**

School Aides support classroom instruction, supervise students, and assist with daily routines to ensure a safe and engaging school environment.

**Key Job Duties**

+ Assist teachers with classroom activities, organization, and daily routines
+ Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students
+ Supervise students during recess, lunch, transitions, and classroom activities
+ Support students with academic, behavioral, and social needs
+ Help implement IEP accommodations under teacher guidance
+ Maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
