**School Aide (Instructional & Behavioral Support)**

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable **School Aide** to support students who require instructional and/or behavioral assistance. This role works under the guidance of the special education department, classroom teacher, and/or designated supervisor to help students succeed in an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and committed to student growth, with the ability to provide both academic support and assistance with personal care or mobility needs when required.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Provide **instructional and behavioral support** to students in classroom and school settings
+ Assist teachers and special education staff in implementing **individualized education plans (IEPs)**
+ Support students with **daily activities** , including organization, transitions, and classroom participation
