You will step into a highly visible, impactful role at a critical point of change. As Interim Scheme Manager – Women’s Supported Housing , you will report into a senior leadership team and take operational responsibility for a complex 24/7 service supporting women with multiple and entrenched needs.

You will lead established day and night teams, oversee rotas and on‑call escalation, and ensure safe, legally robust delivery across a multi‑property scheme supporting around 17 residents.
