Scheduling Manager

We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to join a data center in Haminа, Finland, on behalf of a leading general contractor. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a booming industry!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide regular reporting on schedule performance, milestones, and critical path analysis
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure accurate schedule inputs and alignment
• Maintain compliance with project controls standards and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scheduling Manager / Senior Planner on data center/mission-critical projects
• Expertise in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 - ADVANTAGEOUS
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, and project controls
• English (essential), Finnish (helpful)
