An established and growing trades services business in the building and facilities services industry is seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join their Maitland-based team.

This is a critical operational role supporting a busy trade services division of approximately 23 team members. We’re looking for someone who can step in quickly on a temporary basis, with a strong potential to transition into a permanent role.
  
About the Role

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager – Trade Services, you will play a key role in coordinating daily operations across multiple service lines, with HVAC forming a large portion of the workload.
