Our client is a residential builder located in Balcatta, known for delivering high-quality single-storey & double-storey homes. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Scheduler/Estimator to join their team in a permanent, full-time capacity. You have a minimum of one year experience in the residential construction sector and are looking to take your career to the next level. 

This is a full-time role, and you will be reporting directly to the Scheduling / Estimator Manager, with your primary role being to accurately quantify and order all the materials and labour required to construct and finish each individual residence project. Experience with the Truth Engine platform will be a big plus.
