Scheduler

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Scheduler to join our construction management team. The Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules throughout all stages of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout. This role requires collaboration with project managers, field teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely project execution.



Key Responsibilities:


+ Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for construction projects, including timelines, milestones, and deadlines.

+ Work closely with Project Management and Field teams, including site visits as needed, to ensure schedules reflect the actual progress and any delays.

+ Work with project teams, and subcontractors as needed to develop detailed logic and sequence in the schedule; using tools like pull planning to develop the flow / detail
