Job Overview

We are actively looking for a scheduler to join our client based in Stroud. This is an ongoing opportunity with potential of a permanent contract for the suitable candidate.

Key Duties

• Planning, scheduling and coordinating route maintenance and emergency call outs for field service engineers across the UK
• Raising quotes and purchase orders and managing them through to completion
• Communicating effectively with customers and overseas partners, providing updates on site visits, shipments and service delivery
• Ensuring internal portals are kept up to date and assisting the service manager to meet all contractual requirements
• Assisting with general administration duties when the time allows
