Job Description
We are looking for a Scheduler / Patient Care Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate appointments
Arrange transportation for client appointments
Assist with payment arrangements for services
Request and follow up on narrative reports
Maintain frequent communication with clients regarding treatments
Perform general administrative duties (scanning, data entry, document management)
Contribute to team success and demonstrate accountability
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative roles
1–2 years of experience as a Scheduler
