Job Title: Facilities Scheduler (Utilities)Job Description
The Facilities Scheduler (Utilities) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing preventative and corrective maintenance activities for critical utility systems. This role ensures minimal disruption to manufacturing operations while maintaining compliance with regulatory and reliability requirements.
Responsibilities

+ Develop and maintain weekly and long-range schedules for utility-related maintenance activities.

+ Coordinate work orders for HVAC systems, clean utilities (WFI, purified water, clean steam, compressed air), and plant utilities (chilled water, boilers, cooling towers, electrical systems).

+ Balance preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and calibration activities.

+ Ensure proper sequencing and prioritization of work based on the criticality of systems, production schedules, and risk and compliance requirements.
