Role Purpose
The Scheduler ensures strong client–caregiver relationships and delivers a best in home care experience through effective scheduling, customer service, and administrative support in a fast‑paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Verbal Communication
- Answers calls professionally and courteously.
- Maintains ongoing communication with clients and caregivers.
- Acts as liaison between caregivers and the Office Manager.
2. Customer Focus
- Responds promptly and politely to all client calls.
- Receives and manages referrals and program inquiries.
3. Adaptability
- Supports sales, marketing, and public relations initiatives.
4. Decision Making / Judgment
- Maintains integrity in all interactions.
- Solves problems and makes decisions in fast‑paced situations.
