Scalp Therapist @ Kota Damansara

• Perform hair treatment service in accordance with our SOP, follow by steaming, hair wash and hair drying.
• Serve customers with passion and integrity, towards providing an excellent service experience to all customers.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and professionalism during consultations and treatments
• Check on customer scalp (scalp analysis) and recommend suitable hair care products.
• Promote sales of products and secure customers with scalp treatment packages.
• Maintain cleanliness of the treatment equipments, hair wash tub, toilet facilities, include other areas within the outlet to enhance customers comfort during treatment service.
• Organize and participate in Road Show and other activities to promote customers & sales of products etc.
• Keep pantry, service and waiting area tidy, clean & fresh and comfortable.
