Scalp Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct professional scalp analysis and consultation for customers
• Recommend suitable scalp treatments, packages, and products based on client needs
• Perform or assist in scalp treatment services following company SOPs
• Achieve monthly sales targets for treatment packages, add-ons, and products
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat visits
• Provide accurate explanation of treatment benefits and aftercare advice
• Maintain a clean, professional workstation and treatment environment
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth outlet operations

Working Hours

• Shift-based:
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 6 working days per week
• No off days on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• No fixed lunch hour (meals allowed anytime during free time at company pantry; not permitted outside the outlet)
