Key Responsibilites :-


+ Be an active Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC) 6 with experience delivering and certifying SAFe 6 courses using SAFe Collaborate: SA, SP, RTE, SSM, SASM, SDP, APM, LPM, POPM, ARCH

+ Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to institute ORK framework for measuring progress and effectiveness at all levels

+ Help drive adoption of end-to-end Agile transformation strategy for hardware and COTS products, with Lean-Agile ways of working, and SAFe as a cornerstone

+ Advise on operating models and transformation governance

+ Be a certified AgiltyHealth Facilitator (AHF) and perform AgilityHealth maturity assessments & recommend strategies to address growth items
