We are looking for a dependable Scale Assistant to support daily customer service and administrative operations at our Ohio location. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling transaction details accurately, and keeping office processes organized. The person in this role will balance front-line service with data entry, documentation, and scale-related coordination in a fast-paced plant environment. Be willing to travel up to 1 hr.



Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound phone communication with strong attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and internal coordination.

• Solid math skills with the ability to work accurately with weights, quantities, and transaction details.
