About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher for a permanent 0.7 FTTE position who will teach across a range of year levels and lead our mathematics intervention programme, providing targeted support for learners requiring additional acceleration in mathematics.

Responsibilities

Teach across multiple year levels in a primary and intermediate context.

Plan and deliver instructional units in subjects such as English, Health and Physical Education, Learning Languages, Mathematics and Statistics, Science, Social Sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori and the Arts.

Lead the mathematics intervention programme, providing targeted support and acceleration to learners requiring additional help in mathematics.

Collaborate with colleagues to plan and improve curriculum and assessment.

Maintain a positive, respectful environment that encourages high expectations for learning and behaviour.
