SC Agro Asst Supervisor

• Achieve operational excellence by delivering the plant agro KPI within AOP & MOH
• Ensure availability of right quality and quantity of potato and corn as per production requirements & product specifications.
• Understand day store and plant losses, evaluate, and suggest means to reduce the losses

1. Circulation of potato and corn stock and quality report, plant and summary of 3P - Daily.
• Daily basis reporting with Stock visibility & Potato/ Corn forecasting.
• Daily basis feedback to field team on Potato/Corn quality
• Temperature, RH and CO2 data for CG stores

2. Functional strategic plan & AOP- To Keep all losses within Agreed Limit.
• Achieve operational excellence by delivering the plant agro KPIs within AOP & MOH
• Close monitoring of day-to-day activity and extending critical support to Plant Operations
• Breakdown & loss to production < 1%
