**Job Description**

This role operates CNC saws and related equipment to cut and drill steel beams within tight tolerances in a large structural steel fabrication facility. You will prepare and run CNC machinery, interpret blueprints and work orders, and ensure all products meet strict quality and safety standards. The position works a four-day, 10-hour shift schedule on either day or swing shift and requires strong mechanical aptitude, precision measurement skills, and experience in industrial metal fabrication.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare and operate CNC machines, including CNC saws and CNC drills, for tasks such as cutting, drilling, grinding, and other metal fabrication operations.
+ Run a CNC saw with a CNC drill to cut and drill steel beams while maintaining a tolerance of 1/8 inch or better.
