**Job Description**
This role involves operating various saws to measure and cut metal materials to precise client specifications, supporting a fabrication and distribution operation focused on bar grating. You will work with steel in a medium-sized warehouse and fabrication shop, using both saws and a sit-down forklift while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area.

**Responsibilities**

+ Measure metal materials accurately using a tape measure to meet client specifications.
+ Set up, operate, and monitor saws, including band saws, miter saws, and chop saws, to cut steel and other metals according to blueprints and work orders.
+ Interpret blueprints and cutting lists to ensure accurate cuts and correct dimensions for bar grating and other fabricated products.
+ Stage steel and other materials using a sit-down forklift to support efficient production flow.
