**Job Title: Fabrication Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
This role supports the launch and growth of a new fabrication department by performing hands-on production and quality control of fabricated parts on first shift. You will operate a variety of fabrication machines, interpret fabrication drawings, and ensure parts meet specified tolerances while maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality standards in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate all machines in the fabrication department, including CNC, press brake, punch press, and similar equipment, in an effective and cost-efficient manner while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
+ Perform hands-on production of fabricated parts according to fabrication drawings and work orders.
