Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Support

Supervise, motivate, and support the sauna host team. Coordinate staff breaks and ensure smooth shift coverage. Train and mentor new team members. Promote a respectful, team-oriented workplace.

Customer Experience

Deliver a warm, welcoming, and attentive guest experience. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service. 

Respond to customer feedback and resolve issues professionally. Adapt to different guest preferences and needs.
