As a key leader, you will oversee the daily operations and ensure compliance in the Erie St. Claire region over the next 12 months. Your role will involve training management staff and implementing high standards for service delivery. Build a dynamic team dedicated to fostering an energetic culture focused on improving patient care and collaboration with community agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide training and coaching to management teams
• Conduct service audits and recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies
• Facilitate health and safety initiatives within the branch
• Liaise with community agencies for service delivery feedback
Requirements:
• RN or RPN degree/diploma with current CNO registration
