Job Description:

• Lead and support Vertex O Series configuration and implementation activities
• Configure and manage indirect tax processes including sales & use tax, VAT, and GST
• Work on SAP–Vertex Integration and ensure seamless tax calculation
• Design and configure tax rules, jurisdictions, and categories in Vertex
• Participate in end-to-end lifecycle implementations, including design, build, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance, and IT teams to gather tax requirements
• Handle integration with SAP FI/MM/SD modules
• Support tax compliance and reporting requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve tax calculation and system issues
• Provide production support and enhancements
