SAP SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead to drive the design, delivery, and governance of integration and reporting solutions across a complex, global, multi-instance enterprise. You will act as the SME, leading technical workstreams and bridging HR, IT, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy & Architecture : Define the end-to-end integration strategy and manage the interface register across multiple SF instances, legacy tools, and global/regional systems (S/4HANA, ServiceNow, Concur, Active Directory, UKG, Kronos, ADP, Paylocity, Microsoft Dynamics, Darwin, ePfile, Visier, Integrum).
• Delivery & Interface Management : Lead the design, build, mapping, testing, deployment, and hypercare of APIs, middleware (SAP CPI/BTP), and event-driven integrations.
