The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay to join our HR Technology practice. This role is designed for professionals who can lead complex compensation transformation initiatives, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure delivery excellence. This is not an entry‑level or mid‑level role; only candidates with proven senior‑level experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay will be considered.
